Added new quote option status only for COD work orders - "Approved". An approved quote option requires a signature like accepted quotes options. However, it will move all flat rates, labor, material, and miscellaneous into the work order. All lines have either zero billable hours (for labor) or zero billable quantity (for material, miscellaneous) or zero quantity (for flat rates). When a flat rate, labor, material, or miscellaneous is from a quoted line, then this cannot be modified by the technician. The quote scope is also moved into the work performed of the equipment for the work order. A new miscellaneous line is created based on the quote total and an other rate id specified by config.
