Client Order Pick Ticket

Purpose:

This report prints pick tickets generated by Client Orders. Each Pick Ticket lists the Inventory Item Id and quantity to be picked for a Client Order. This report should be used to select the items to be shipped, and to record the actual quantities. After doing so, the information on the Pick Ticket should be entered into the system via the Client Order Pick List Entry function.

Usage:

Pick Tickets cannot be printed for Cancelled orders.

Pick Tickets will only print if the items are available, and if the Ship Date on the Client Order Items lines is today or in the past.

If the Allow Partial Ship box is not flagged in the Client Order, ALL ltems must be available for shipment.

Report Options:
The Report Options selector pane controls how the pick tickets will be output. To learn more about report options click Report Options.

Range:
Enter a unique, alphanumeric name to save and identify your customized Pick Ticket range. Ranges are defined by the contents of the Id field(s).

Order Id:
You can print a Pick Ticket for a specific order by specifying its Id. Several Orders can be specified by entering their Id's separated by commas (10005,10007,10020). A range of Order can be defined by the first and last items of the range separated by an underscore (10010_10015).

Client Id:
To just print Pick Tickets for a specific Client, enter the Client Id. Pick Tickets for several Clients may be listed by entering their Id's separated by commas (Acme,Megahome,Zorro). A range of Clients can be defined by the first and last items of the range separated by an underscore (Megahome_Zorro).

Ship Date
Enter the Ship Date (as specified in the Client Order) to only print tickets with a particular shipping date. Only items with Ship Dates of today's date or earlier are eligible for inclusion on this report.

Multiple Fields. You can optionally enter Id's in more than one field. By default, an item will appear on the report if it fits the all criteria established in either the first or second (or third) Id field.
