This Query View tab lists all work orders created for this Site that have a Work Order Status Category that is not set to Open (e.g., Completed, Billed, Ok to Invoice, etc.). One line will be displayed for each Equipment/Tech combination. The most recent work orders appear at the top of the list. Double-click on a line to view the Work Order itself. The Description column displays the Work Order Name.
The Cause Code and Resolution Codes (from the Work Order Equipment lines) have been added as columns.
