The Date button enables you to select the day, week or month whose WorkOrders will display in the Workorder List and the Technician Status Summary or Available Hours view. The Date Scheduled fields on the Work Order Technician determines whether a dispatch line will appear.
When you push the Date button, a list of date ranges will appear. Click on the desired date range to determine which WorkOrders will appear on the Dispatch Board. Click or Refresh select another tab to refresh the Board .
