Disable Triggering of Executed Tech-Based Events When New Tech Added

When Escalation Management is enabled, act of changing techs on a WO can, by default, cause initial notification-type events to be automatically delivered to each 'new' tech if they have already been executed for one or more techs. Firms that wish to exercise a greater level of manual control over this process may choose to implement this registry entry. This entry disables the process of triggering tech-based notification events patterned after similar events that have already executed.

Turn Off Rn Caching

This option should be enabled if the email addresses in Contact records are frequently changed. By default, the Scheduled Event Manager will only load the Account Manager (or other records accessing Contact information) ONE time in a session.  After that initial load, subsequent changes to the loaded Contact information are not picked up by the system unless the Scheduled Event Manager is rebooted.  The following registry settings turn off the default caching for the Scheduled Event Manager/Escalation Manager; information needed to create the scheduled event (such as the Account Manager's Contact Email) will be evaluated when the scheduled event is generated. Typically, both registries would be entered.
