Copy A of SAM Pro supports the printing of a W3 report as a part of the Copy A functionality. This registry entry is required to print the W3 fields
Testing Your Registry Entries
The system does not verify the validity of registry entries. Be sure to test your registry entries after completing them to verify that they are functioning correctly.
Setting Values are Uppercase-Lowercase Sensitive:
The Setting Value is case-sensitive: be sure that you enter the value exactly as specified in the documentation. If the documentation specifies a value of true, do NOT enter True or TRUE.
See Registry W2 Entry for details on setting the default W2 printer and other required entries for W2 and W3 printing.
In addition to the registry entries described in Registry Entry Federal and State EIN for the W2 report itself, and for Federal and State EIN information, you must also create Registry Companyname and Registry Companyaddress entries to ensure that the information in W2 box c prints correctly.

To implemented Dependent Care Benefits (Box 10), the User 1 field in applicable Deduction Records must be set to DC.
In previous releases, users could implement SDI (Box 14 on form W-2) by setting the User 1 field in the applicable Tax Authority to SDI.
Now, the system now uses the Tax Table to handle unemployment insurance, disability, etc. more generically. The Tax Table User1 fields now may be used to specify the titles for unemployment, insurance, disability, etc. Only the Box 14 description should be entered, i.e FLI,TDI or SUI in the User1 field. Note that the previous Tax Authority functionality is still supported.
