Registry PR 401(k)

This Registry entry is required in order to run 401(k) reports except for the Cigna report (which has its own registry entries). Reporting for John Hancock and Pinnacle is currently supported by this registry. If the report is to be run by operating company (for example, if each operating company uses a different plan id, or has a different matching percent), you must make a different registry for each operating company you intend to run the report for.

Testing Your Registry Entries
The system does not verify the validity of registry entries. Be sure to test your registry entries after completing them to verify that they are functioning correctly.

Setting Values are Uppercase-Lowercase Sensitive:
The Setting Value is case-sensitive: be sure that you enter the value exactly as specified in the documentation. If the documentation specifies a value of true, do NOT enter True or TRUE.

Usage:

For the date range that you specify, the report lists the Branch Id, Employee, Social Security Number, Check Date, Gross Wages, Withheld (amount of 401(k) withheld), Match (company 401(k) matching funds), Loan 1 and Loan 2.

The report input fields include the Start and End Dates, and a Branch Filter.

Note: the Type in the Deduction Records MUST be set to 401(k) for deductions to appear on this report.

Related Registry Options:

For John Hancock Only: The following registry results in the employee's gross wages being reduced by the amount of any Section 125 deductions before applying the 401k deduction percentage. If it is place, this logic is also applied to the calculation of the Match column on the 401(k) Report.
