This table was created for reporting and informational purposes. In this release, it may be populated in two ways: by the user (manually) and from the Sales Rep Viewer's Quota Tab. The Delete button has been disabled in this viewer since it functions as a journal.
Sales Summary By Sales Rep Report
Sales Rep Id:
The Sales Rep this entry pertains to.
Invoice Id: Job Id: Work Order Id:
To record commission information, enter a valid Invoice Id or double-click to select from a list. The display only Job and Work Order information (if applicable) will default from the Invoice record.
Job Type Id:
This field will default from the Job (if set) when the AR Invoice Id is selected. This field may be changed by the user.
Date Effective:
If this entry was generated from the Sales Rep Quota tab, the date will be set to the first of the month for the scheduled quota. If this entry is being created to record a commission, the user should enter the desired Effective Date.
Quota:
If this entry was generated from the Sales Rep Quota tab, it will be set to the scheduled quota for this month (as defined by the Date Effective).
Sold:
If this entry was generated from the Sales Rep Quota tab, this field may be revised to reflect the Sales Rep’s actual sales for this month, for reporting purposes.
Commission Base: Commission Rate: Commission: Description:
These fields may be completed to record the commission derived from this Invoice for reporting purposes. The system will calculate the Commission is the Commission Base and Rate fields are entered.
