This report lists Sales and Quota information for your Sales Reps for the selected month (current and previous year), as well as year to date figures for the current and previous sales year.
The Quota information on the report is obtained from the Sales Commission History Table: this includes entries generated from the Sales Rep viewer’s Quota tab, as well as manual entries made to the Sales Commission History table.
The Sales information on the report is obtained from Job History (the Job Invoice Amount is used to determine the total Sales amount) and the Job’s Commission tab (the Share % will be used to calculate how the Job Invoice Amount should be allocated among the Sales Rep’s if more than one is listed on the Job’s Commission tab).
The first page(s) list quota and sales dollars and percentages, broken down by Sales Rep and Job Type.
The last page provides a summary by Job Type for all Sales Reps included on the report.

Sales Year:
Enter the 4-digit year that you want the system to use as the current sales year.
Sales Month:
Select the month the system will use as the Current month.
Description:
Enter any text that you wish to appear on the header of this report.
Sales Rep:
If this field is blank, all Sales Reps for which there is data will be included on the report. If you only wish to run this report for a specific Sales Rep, enter the Sales Rep Id (or double-click to select from a list). Several Sales Reps may be listed by entering their Id's separated by commas.
Job Type:
If this field is blank, all Job Types for which there is data will be included on the report. If you only wish to run this report for a specific Job Type, enter the Job Type Id (or double-click to select from a list). Several Job Types may be listed by entering their Id's separated by commas.
