Service Account Manager Viewer

Purpose:

Create and maintain the Service Account Manager records that may be used to categorize customers for reporting purposes.

Usage:

Optional for reporting. Referenced in the Client, Client Site, Client Site Equipment and Work Order records.

References to this record field may be labeled as ‘Service Manager’ in other viewers.

Service Account Manager records may be created for specific positions rather than specific individuals.

Important Fields:

Service Account Manager Id: An Id uniquely identifying this record. This field is required.

Service Account Manager Name: (40 character) This field would generally be use to record the full name or job title of the Service Account Manager.

Employee Id: The Employee Id of this Manager, if applicable. Double-click on this field (or press Alt+F7) to select from a list.

Contact Id:This field specifies the record that supplies the e-mail, phone and address contact information for this Service Account Manager.

These display-only fields default from the Contact record. To update them, right-click on the Contact Id and edit the Contact record directly.

These optional fields may be used to record additional information required by your company.

Obsolete?
If this field is checked, the record is considered Obsolete, and it may not be directly specified during data-entry (either by entering the Id or selecting it from a list). Obsoleted records can be edited and the Obsolete option can be un-done when necessary. When you check the Obsolete field, the following message box will be displayed:

“You have elected to obsolete this record. Would you like to see existing references to this record?”

If you click Yes, the system will display a viewer that provides click-through access to all tables referencing this record: see References List for details.

Security Id: If multiple location security is implemented on your centralized database system, this informational field displays the Security Id of the local user that created this record. If multiple location security is not implemented on your system, or if this record was created by a global user, this field will be blank.
